the products that are non-contracted. For the list of Participating products,
Rush is in your insurance company's network and you can receive care at Rush
participating physician offices and hospitals at your in-network benefits level.
For the Non-contracted products, Rush is not in your insurance company's network,
however, we are still happy to accept your insurance and provide you with services.
If your policy has out-of-network benefits; your services can be processed against
these benefits. This means that you may have a higher out of pocket responsibility
than if you receive services from an in-network provider. Your insurance company's
customer service representative can help verify your benefits and out-of-pocket costs.
Should you require additional assistance regarding your out-of-pocket cost, we can
provide you with financial assistance options.
