- Does this mean my independent practice is now owned by RUSH? Your provider's practice is participating in Rush Health’s insurance plans and has access to Rush Health service, but it is not owned by RUSH or Rush Health.
- How does this affect my insurance? There will be no change to your insurance or plan benefits. Your practice will now accept any insurance Rush Health participates in.
- What services does Rush Health offer patients? Rush Health’s team of care managers are available for health coaching, prescription management and chronic condition support. You can learn more about Rush Health’s patient services here.
- What will Rush Health’s services cost me? Our services are available to patients at no cost.
- Can I opt out of Rush Health’s services? You can end or resume your service with Rush Health’s care managers at any time. To change participation status or learn more about the care management program, please contact Rush Health at (312) 563-6304.
- Will Rush Health have access to my health data? Your practice will share financial and clinical data with Rush Health in line with patient privacy laws to better coordinate care across the network.
