Non-Rush Health Sites

All personally identifiable data you enter on this site are encrypted with secure server software (SSL). Encryption means your data are protected while being transferred over the Internet. The same state-of-the art security software that guards our business data protects your personal data as well. In addition, we de-identify the information you provide before it is used in any aggregate analytical reporting.

What We Provide to Third Parties
We do not share information collected through the website with any third-party advertisers.

Aggregate Information
We provide our Participating Hospitals and Participating Physicians aggregate reports that show how long visitors use our Site and which services and information are being used. These reports do not personally identify you.

Children's Privacy
Unless otherwise specified, our Site is intended for adults age 18 and older. It is not intended for or designed to attract persons under the age of 18. We do not permit registration by, nor do we collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know to be under the age of 18.

Electronic Messages (“E-mail”)
We may provide you with the opportunity to receive communications from us. You can unsubscribe from any communication at any time according to our then-current process for unsubscribing.

E-mail you send to us through links on our Site may be shared with an employee, medical expert or agent we believe is best suited to address your message. Once messages are received, we make every effort to respond in a timely fashion. Once we have responded, messages are either discarded or archived, depending on the nature thereof.

The E-mail function of our Site may not provide a completely secure and confidential means of communication. It's possible that your message may be viewed or intercepted by another Internet user while in transit to us.

Complaint Process
If you have a complaint or problem, or if you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may send us an E-mail by selecting the "Contact us" link on the toolbar on the left side of any page and sending a message to web@rush-health.com. Use a subject line of “User Comments about the Rush Health Site”. We will forward your message to the appropriate department for response or resolution.

OHCA
Rush Health operates as an Health Organized Health Care Arrangement (OHCA), an organized system of health care in which more than one covered entity participates in the joint arrangement. The purpose of the participation includes conducting quality assessment and improvement activities, conducting utilization review, and performing other clinically integrated network activities. Your health information may be shared with other Rush Health OHCA participants for these purposes.

ACO Compliance
To encourage and support reporting of issues or concerns by Rush Health ACO providers, suppliers, beneficiaries, vendors and others, Rush Health ACO has established phone and internet-based reporting hotline services for the Medicare Shared Savings Program. When filing a report, you do not have to give your name or any other identifying information. Rush Health ACO is committed to providing an environment where individuals feel comfortable discussing any issues that don’t feel right – no matter how big or small – and where people can safely and confidentially come forward to identify serious concerns.
