Different ways on how to log in guide

From www.rush-health.com click either of the login links.

You’ll be prompted with the following:

For active Rush.edu account users: click on the Rush.edu SSO button

• You’ll be redirected to Rush Login, where you enter your Rush.edu credentials but if you are already logged in, you will automatically log in to any Rush Health website and applications. Note: If you are not logged in, you will need to DUO for 2-factor authentication as per requirement by Rush.

*If you forgot your username or password, click on the can’t access account link or contact help@rush.edu (RUSH IT). We have no access to update your Rush account.

For active Riverside account users: click on the Riverside SSO button

• You’ll be redirected to Riverside Login, where you enter your Riverside credentials but if you are already logged in, you will automatically log in to any Rush Health website and applications.

For account help, click on Need help link

For all other users and those who want to use their native Rush Health credentials: Click on Neither

• You will be prompted with Rush Health native login prompt

Enter your Rush Health username and password

Click the Forgot Password link if you need to reset your password.

Note: The reset link will be sent out to your registered Rush Health account email. If you did not get the reset link, feel free to reach out to web@rush-health.com .

If you don’t have an existing account, the site will try to create one for you. If you cannot create it, you will be prompted to Register.
